Cancellations, Exchange & Returns

Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change! Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you need to make a change, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Simply email us at care@gemivy.com with your order number and "Request for Cancellation" in the subject line, and we’ll take care of it for you.

 

Exchange & Return:

At GEMIVY, every piece is crafted with love and care to ensure it’s as special as you are. If the items delivered don’t match your order confirmation, don’t worry—we’ll gladly help with an exchange or return.

Returns are accepted if the request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at care@gemivy.com, and we’ll take care of the rest If there’s a different concern also, just reach out to our friendly customer care team, and we’ll do our best to make it right for you.

Refunds (post-delivery) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 8 business days. Please ensure that returned items are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

Return/exchanges are available as long as the product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. We’re here to make your GEMIVY experience truly sparkling! ✨
